Overview
MAIC’s Diploma in Human Resource Management equips students with the required insights and skills in the Human Resource Management field encompassing Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Selection , Training and Development, Compensation Management , Performance Management , Safety and Hazard Management and HR Information Systems. Students will have the opportunities to gain valuable experiential learning environment as well as transferable employability skills such as design thinking, creative and critical thinking skills and effective communication skills.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least credit in THREE subjects; OR |
Possesses SKM Level 3 in the related field; OR |
A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in the related field with at least CGPA of 2.00; OR |
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; OR |
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grad Maqbul; OR |
Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government. |
